Manual screen printing in Lisbon, on a 6-color carousel, ready in 3 business days.

WHAT IT IS

Ink is pushed through a tensioned mesh stencil onto the textile, one color at a time. The result is a tactile, opaque print with intense color saturation — the kind of finish that survives a hundred washes and looks better with age.

We pull screens by hand on a 6-color carousel. Water-based inks for soft hand-feel on light fabrics; plastisol for bold opacity on dark and heavyweight blanks. Specialty options on request: puff, metallic, foil, glow-in-the-dark.

Pricing depends on color count, blank quality, and order size. Indicative range for a 2-color print on a t-shirt: from €4 to €8 per piece, exclusive of blank.

FAQ

What's the minimum order for screen printing?
10 pieces of the same design. Below 10 pieces, DTF is more cost-effective.
How many colors can you print?
Up to 6 spot colors per design.
Can I supply my own blanks?
Yes. Turnaround stays at 3 business days.
Can you print on dark fabric?
Yes. Light-on-dark requires an extra screen for surface coverage on dark textile, which we include in the quote — no separate "underbase" line item.
Do you offer water-based inks?
Standard for light fabrics. Available for dark fabrics on request.
Do you offer specialty inks?
Yes: puff, metallic, foil, glow-in-the-dark. Available from 20 pieces.
How long does a screen-printed garment last?
A correctly cured screen print survives 100+ industrial washes without significant fading or cracking.
How long does setup take?
Setup is included in the per-piece price. There is no separate setup fee. Reorders of the same artwork skip the setup phase entirely.
Can you print across the chest, back, and sleeves?
Yes. Multi-location prints are quoted by total print area, not per location.
What file format do you need for screen printing?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) at the size you want printed. If you only have a raster file, we can vectorise it for a one-time fee.
