Embroidery

Custom embroidery in Lisbon, from 1 piece, ready in 3 business days.

WHAT IT IS

Logo and lettering stitched directly into the fabric using a single-head industrial embroidery machine. Up to 12 thread colors per design.

Flat embroidery for clean, durable logos. 3D puff for high-relief lettering with depth.

We digitise your design — convert your file into stitch instructions — and run a test panel before production. This is the difference between embroidery that lasts ten years and embroidery that distorts in three months.

WHEN TO CHOOSE THIS

  • — Premium pieces: hoodies, polos, caps, uniforms
  • — Logos, monograms, lettering
  • — When you want a result that reads as expensive
  • — Any quantity, from 1 piece up

FAQ

What's the minimum order for embroidery?
1 piece.
How many thread colors can you use?
Up to 12 per design.
Can you embroider on caps, hoodies, polos?
Yes, all standard items.
Can you embroider on the side of finished trousers?
No. Side-leg embroidery requires the panel to be sewn after embroidery — only possible during garment production, not on finished items. For finished pants, we recommend a puff print as the alternative.
What about 3D puff embroidery?
Yes, available for high-relief lettering. Best on flat surfaces — caps, hoodies, sweatshirts.
How long does embroidery last?
A correctly digitised and stitched logo survives 100+ industrial washes.
Do you charge a setup fee?
A one-time digitising fee of €10–20 per design. After that, no setup costs on reorders.
What file format do you need?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) preferred. We can work from a clean raster file too, but vector gives the best stitch result.
Can you do small text?
Letters down to 4 mm in height. Below that they become unreadable in thread.
Do you embroider on customer-supplied garments?
Yes. Same 3-day turnaround.
