WHAT IT IS
Direct-to-Film printing. Your artwork is printed in full color onto a transfer film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. The result is a smooth, photo-realistic print with no color limit, no setup cost, and no minimum order.

What's the minimum order for DTF?

Is there a setup fee?
None.
Can it be full color?
Yes, including gradients and photographs.
How does DTF feel on the garment?
A thin film, smooth to the touch. Stretches with the fabric.
Does DTF crack or peel over time?
Not when applied correctly. We test every batch before sending and use industrial-grade film and inks rated for 50+ washes.
What file format do you need?
PNG, JPG, or PDF at 300 DPI. Higher resolution is better — DTF reproduces every detail in the source file.
Can you do white ink on dark garments?
Yes. White underbase is applied automatically on dark fabrics. Included in the price.
Can DTF be applied to any fabric?
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, nylon — yes. Stretch fabrics like Lycra and elastane require a stretch-rated adhesive, which we use by default.
How many DTF prints can you produce per day?
200–300 pieces.
Do you offer same-day DTF?
On request, for orders under 20 pieces. Subject to current schedule.
